Cucumber Salad

I tried this simple recipe that was posted on Good Dinner Mom and absolutely loved it. There's something special about recipes that are passed down generations and have a great story behind them. Homemade Coconut Granola

Granola is a very simple quick breakfast / snack that we really enjoy. It's so simple to make that once we started making it, we weren't sure why we were buying expensive granola with tons of sugar and preservatives.  This recipe for granola is super easy and you can play around with the ingredients based on your preferences, you can add dry fruits, banana, yogurt or homemade almond milk while eating it.
