Operations Admin


We seek highly motivated people who can work as individual contributors and help grow the role and team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated & a planner. This role is a part-time role with about 1-2 hour(s) of work per day. It is also a remote role so it will not require travel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Capture all online orders (Amazon, website).
  • Capture & track all orders (Amazon, website & stores)
  • Plan all deliveries - Inform the sales & operations teams about the deliveries
  • Update sales tracker
  • Update stock (tracker, Amazon & Shopify)
  • Update software platform with order status (tracking details etc.)

Ideal Candidate

  • Must be very planned
  • Should know how to use the computer well (amazon admin pages, Shopify, skype, Google docs etc.)
  • Will need a computer & an internet connection
  • Should not hesitate to pick up the phone & talk to the right people to get information & data
